The Lived Experiences of Nursing Faculty Teaching Clinical Judgment and Reasoning to Pre-licensure Nursing Students Enrolled in Baccalaureate Programs Research Participant Recruitment:The purpose of this study is to explore nursing faculty’s lived experiences with teaching clinical judgment and reasoning to pre-licensure nursing students enrolled in baccalaureate program to better understand the essence of faculty’s preparation with the forthcoming changes to the Next Generation NCLEX-RN. For faculty: Employed to teach didactic, clinical or simulation in an undergraduate pre-licensure baccalaureate nursing program; MSN or Doctorate degree in nursing, with an emphasis in education preferred; and have at least three years of teaching experience in higher education.
