As nursing education evolves, the NLN continues to supply solutions that meet the challenges that learners face in developing critical thinking skills and translating them into action through simulation education for nurse faculty.
Designed to best support nurses in their emergence as competent and caring clinicians, the all new SIRC Reimaged OnDemand courses provide a self-paced, scaffolded approach for nurse educators to achieve the professional development needed to curate the skills that enhance the learning experience.
With two course levels, Foundation and Deeper Dive, faculty of all experience levels will develop a more highly specialized skill set in the art and science of dialogue, teaching pedagogy, and psychological safety.
