In exploring the role of nursing in preventative medicine and promoting the ecological health of our environment, Dr. Sattler’s talk will illuminate how these two objectives are inextricably connected. She will call on nurses to use their collective power, as the “most trusted voice in health care,” to create an effective advocacy initiative for primary disease prevention and planetary healing.
