Beyond Men's Experiences: Development & Psychometric Evaluation of the Fitness in Nursing Scale for Men (FiNS-M) Research Participant Recruitment: This 5-10 minute survey-based study is aimed at better understanding perspectives about characteristics of men in nursing and how these perspectives influence the nursing workforce. For registered nurses, including nurse practitioners and CRNAs, with an active license to practice in the United States and who have least one year in academic or clinical nursing practice; have experience working with male nurses; and read and understand English.
