Participants will learn competencies that focus on:
Contemporary teaching and learning strategies
Student preparation for Next Generation NCLEX
Operationalizing the nurse educator role in academia
Becoming leaders in their faculty role
Nurse educators will work independently in nine asynchronous modules followed by three online 4-hour synchronous session providing more context, immersion,and conversation with NLN faculty consultants.
