Exploring Mentoring Relationships and Novice Nurse Faculty This study will explore the experiences of novice nurse faculty and their experiences with mentoring relationships in the academic setting to better understand the process of mentoring relationships and experiences of novice nurse faculty, for full-time nurse faculty working in an academic organization who are in their first academic position with three years or less in their current role that have experience with mentoring relationships in the nurse faculty role. A Quantitative Study of the Cultural Competency of Online BSN Degree Faculty This study will examine whether there is difference between the levels of cultural competency of online BSN faculty who had only online cultural competency training, only face to face cultural competency training, both online and face to face training and faculty who had no cultural competency training, for faculty in an online BSN or RN-BSN degree program.
