Registered Nurse – Primary Care New

HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a major healthcare organization in Goodyear, Arizona.

Daily Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:

• Play a crucial role in patient-centered care, managing the end-to-end process for specialist and diagnostic referrals while supporting patients both in-person and virtually. Emphasizing excellence in patient care, this role involves educating patients, coordinating appointments, and partnering with the care team to improve health outcomes and provide an elevated primary care experience.
• Shift

• Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:

• Clear and active RN License in AZ
• 3-5 years of outpatient care
• Case Management experience
• IV and Phlebotomy Skills
